To ensure a smooth move, keep these key points in mind:

• • Let us know your moving date at least 5 business days in advance. This helps avoid being charged for electricity usage after you’ve moved out.
  • We’ll need access to your electricity meter for a final reading at your old property. If your meter is inside, locked, or managed by a landlord or strata, please arrange access ahead of time.
  • After your move, we’ll issue a final bill based on your last meter reading.
  • If possible, switch off the main fuse once power is no longer needed. This helps ensure a safe and efficient disconnection.
  • Please note that if less than 5 business days’ notice is provided, your electricity may not be disconnected or connected on your requested date.
