Indigo Power builds, operates, and maintains community-scale renewable energy assets. Our fleet includes community batteries and public EV chargers, which we own or manage on behalf of our partners. Our innovative energy-sharing software connects these assets directly to our retail customers, and our fleet of community batteries supports the risk management function of our retail enterprise.

Ben McGowan
Managing Director
Ben is the founding Managing Director of Indigo Power. He holds a PhD in environmental politics and a Master of Science, and has a long track record of delivering innovative clean energy initiatives. With a background in the electricity sector, governance, and community engagement, Ben leads Indigo Power’s project delivery with strategic insight and strong leadership.
Project Manager
Dena is a qualified A-grade electrician with over 20 years’ experience in the electrical industry. He specialises in managing large commercial and industrial projects, including solar and generator installations, bringing practical and technical expertise to Indigo Power’s clean energy projects. More recently Dena has designed and managed the completion of Battery Energy Storage Systems both in front of meter and behind the meter.

Heath has more than 15 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, spanning in project management, operations, procurement, and contract negotiation. His industry knowledge and solutions-focused approach ensure the smooth and successful delivery of complex energy projects.
